Quick Start Guide

Get value from Celeric in under 5 minutes.

Step 1 — Check your domain for free

No account needed. Go to celeric.app/check, enter your domain name, and click Check.

You'll get an instant compliance score (0–100) covering SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, blacklist status, and DNS health. Each check shows a pass, warning, or fail — and expandable fix instructions with the exact DNS records you need to add.

See Domain Checker for a full explanation of each check.

Step 2 — Create a free account

Click Start Free Trial at the top of the page or go to celeric.app/auth/signup.

  • Sign up with email and password, or continue with Google
  • No credit card required
  • You get a 14-day free trial of paid features

After signing up, you'll land on your Dashboard.

Step 3 — Monitor your domain

On the free plan you can monitor 1 domain with weekly checks. Paid plans unlock more domains, faster checks, and alerts.

1. Go to Dashboard → Domains in the sidebar

2. Enter your domain name and click Add

3. Celeric runs an initial check and shows your score

4. Click the domain to see the full report — score history, per-check details, and fix recommendations

If you're on a paid plan, continue to Step 4. Otherwise, jump to Billing & Plans to upgrade.

Step 4 — Set up alerts

Get notified automatically when your score changes so you're not caught off guard by a DNS misconfiguration.

1. On the Domains page, find your domain

2. Click the Email icon to set an alert email address, or the Slack icon to add a Slack webhook

3. Save — you'll get an alert next time a check runs and your score changes

For more alert types (webhooks), open the domain detail page and use the Alert Configuration panel.

See Domain Monitoring for full alert setup details.

Step 5 — Send your first campaign (optional)

If you want to send cold emails, you need two things first: a sending account and some contacts.

Add a sending account

1. Go to Sending Accounts in the sidebar

2. Click Add sending account

3. Enter your SMTP credentials (host, port, email, password)

4. Click Test connection to verify before saving

See Sending Accounts for SMTP settings for Gmail, Outlook, and others.

Import contacts

1. Go to Contacts in the sidebar

2. Click Import CSV and paste your emails (one per line, or CSV format)

3. Optionally click Check Health to verify email validity before sending

Create and send a campaign

1. Go to Campaigns → New Campaign

2. Enter a name and subject line

3. Write your email body — use {{first_name}}, {{email}} etc. for personalization

4. Add contacts using Paste or Browse from your contact pool

5. Select a sending account

6. Click Send a test to preview, then Send Campaign when ready

See Campaigns for the full campaign workflow.
