Domain Monitoring & Alerts

Domain monitoring automatically runs compliance checks on a schedule and alerts you when your score changes — so you know immediately if something breaks.

Available on all paid plans.

How it works

Once you add a domain to monitoring:

1. Celeric checks your domain's SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blacklist, and DNS records on your plan's schedule

2. Each result is stored so you can see score trends over time

3. If your score changes, Celeric sends alerts to any configured channels (email, Slack, or webhook)

Adding a domain

1. Go to Dashboard → Domains

2. Enter your domain name in the input field (e.g., yourdomain.com)

3. Click Add

4. Celeric runs an initial check immediately and adds the domain to your monitored list

If you've reached your plan's domain limit, you'll see a "Domain limit reached" message. Upgrade your plan to add more.

Viewing domain details

Click View Report next to any domain to open the domain detail page. From there you can see:

  • Score ring — current compliance score (0–100)
  • Score history chart — bar chart of past check results
  • Check results — latest results for each check (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, Blacklist, DNS) with expand/collapse for fix details
  • Inbox Placement Tests — results from Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo tests (if run)
  • Alert Configuration — manage alert channels for this domain
  • Domain Info — check interval, date added, SMTP status

Setting up alerts

Alerts fire when your compliance score changes on any scheduled check.

Email alerts

From the Domains list page:

1. Click the Email icon next to a domain

2. Enter an email address

3. Click Save

Slack alerts

From the Domains list page:

1. Click the Slack icon next to a domain

2. Paste your Slack incoming webhook URL

3. Click Save

To get a Slack webhook URL: In Slack, go to Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to Slack, choose a channel, and copy the webhook URL.

Webhook alerts (custom HTTP endpoint)

From the domain detail page:

1. In the Alert Configuration sidebar panel, click Add Alert

2. Select Custom Webhook from the channel dropdown

3. Enter your endpoint URL

4. Click Add Alert

You can configure multiple alert channels per domain (e.g., email + Slack).

Downloading a report

From the domain detail page, click Download HTML Report to generate and download a complete deliverability report for that domain. This opens an HTML report in a new tab that you can save or print.

Available on Agency plan.
