Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Celeric service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Celeric provides email deliverability monitoring, SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks, alerts, automated remediation tools, and email campaign sending ("the Service"). The Service allows you to connect external email accounts — including Gmail and Google Workspace accounts — as sending accounts for outbound email campaigns. Features and pricing may change over time; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method on file for up to 7 days before suspending the account.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan or your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier.

6. Third-Party Account Connections (Google / Gmail)

The Service allows you to connect Gmail or Google Workspace accounts via OAuth to send emails on your behalf. By connecting a Google account you:

  • Authorize Celeric to authenticate SMTP sessions using your Gmail credentials via the gmail.modify OAuth scope.
  • Confirm you are the authorized owner of, or have the right to connect, that Google account.
  • Acknowledge that emails sent through your connected Gmail account will count against your Gmail sending limits and will appear to originate from your Gmail address.
  • Agree that you remain solely responsible for the content of all emails sent through your connected account and for compliance with Google's Terms of Service and policies.

You may disconnect a connected Google account at any time from your Sending Accounts settings. You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page. Celeric will handle your Google account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by Celeric. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celeric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
